Do you offer training on all your Marketing & Systems?
Yes, our training covers all the marketing and system tools you’ll need to operate efficiently. We will literally show you exactly how we run our backend systems to make Heels Homes successful.
Is your Sales Process Virtual Or In Person?
We’ve optimized our sales process to be highly effective virtually, allowing you to manage deals from anywhere. This flexibility ensures you can expand your reach without geographical limitations, using proven techniques that we’ve refined over the years. However, we have students that do both and if you prefer to work in person it is totally applicable.
Do I need a big team to be successful?
No, a large team is not a prerequisite for success in our programs. We teach you how to maximize efficiency with minimal manpower, focusing on automation and system optimization that allows you to scale up only when you’re ready. In fact, we prefer you learn our hiring techniques before you hire so you can do it the right way!

Do you rehab properties yourself?
Yes, we actively engage in rehabbing properties and share our hands-on experiences to provide you with realistic expectations and proven strategies for success in rehab projects. We do 10-12 rehabs a month alone. (not counting wholesale deals)
How quickly can I expect to see results?
