Here’s what to expect during our 4 week REI Business Accelerator:

Week 1: Marketing

Learn exactly how we’ve turned “underrated” marketing channels like Direct Mail into our top-performing lead-sources, with a by-the-numbers approach that allows us to avoid “failure” campaigns and drill down on highly profitable markets.

Week 2: Systems

Ready to dial in your business operating systems with a proven lead-to-dispo process that allows you to find, close, and sell properties… virtually? We’ll teach you the exact process we’ve honed over 10 years and STILL use today to virtually wholesale, flip, and rehab 20+ properties every single month. 

Week 3: Acquisitions

Josh will take you behind the scenes of our in-house acquisitions process. Using just 3 closers and this process, we lock up 20+ contracts every single month. You’ll gain access to our phone sales process that our closers use to lock in contracts over the phone… without depending on “one call closes” and time-consuming in-person appointments.

Week 4: Dispo

Here’s where the revenue-boosting magic happens– we will teach you the different buyer types, the no-fail dispo process to have at or above asking offers every time, and the secret “48 Hour Rule” to drive bidding wars between buyers that increase your spreads. 
These 4 weeks alone are worth thousands in the value they will bring to your business (you’ll add at least one locked contract to your bottom line), and we charge less than the price of a nice dinner out at your favorite restaurant. 

The 2 Day Business Immersion

Day 0: Shadow Day

We invite you to our active REI Business office and you will get a chance to sit down with our team, shadow them and also have personalized time to ask them direct questions. Our office locks around 250+ contracts a year and we virtually manage a high-performance operation of house rehabs. You’ll sit with key team members, see exactly how every role contributes to this success, and take home the exact systems we use to run a top-tier operation. 

Day 1: Sales & Management Mastery

Day 1 is where we onboard you like you are one of “new” hires. You’ll also learn how to teach your team to master seller psychology, management framework and call audits with our check-the-box sales process. You’ll also learn how to create a winning company culture that drives your team to perform at the highest level. And to top it off, you’ll join us for a networking lunch and dinner (provided by us) where you’ll connect with like-minded, driven investors.

Day 2: Business Scaling

Day 2 is about setting the foundation your business needs to scale the proper way. You’ll learn our 4-step recruiting process, pay structures, advanced marketing for today’s market, and implement how we dispo deals based on a personalized 7 buyer type formula so you can maximize your profits.. We’ll also cover the critical numbers—KPIs, financials, and growth metrics—to ensure your business can scale without hitting roadblocks.

We have a 4 week accelerator for the first month of joining the program where you will meet with your dedicated coach 1:1 weekly to do a business breakdown, system breakdown, marketing mastery and team mastery. From there on you will meet with your dedicated coach every 2 weeks 1:1

Executive Calls 

Every wednesday you will meet with Tiff and/or Josh live on zoom for an executive coaching coach where we go over topics on business growth, leadership, trainings, raising private money, solving business problems etc

We have our whole onboarding process with videos so you can plug in your team (or yourself to onboard and train just like ours)
