When we put together this exceptional team, our primary goal was to empower our students with unparalleled support, knowledge base, experience, and trainers.
Our coaches have all been hand picked by Josh and I through a rigorous interview and training process and they were chosen because of their unique skill sets that each one of them have in a very particular area of this business.

These coaches work with our students 1-on-1 in which they help each individual business achieve their goals at an accelerated pace (of the students’ choosing), to reduce business risk and remove their roadblocks, so they can live life on their terms, following their passions, and surpassing their own expectations!

We care about our students’ success, so we are very careful with who represents us as a company and who supports our students.

Business Coaches

Our coaches are highly trained, educated and seasoned professionals from various industries. Each of them having led and managed hundreds of people. With diverse backgrounds in corporate settings, real estate and more they bring over 30+ years of experience to the table. 
Coaches are assigned to work with each student individually where they meet with you every two weeks to get hands on about your business.

Meet Aaron

Not only did he finish in the top 10 in sales, but he also managed five other salespeople who finished in the top 20 overall in a nationwide multi-billion dollar enterprise. He’s helped students like Ashley Molina, who entered the Small Group doing $700k a year, master the sales process and implement the right systems. Now, her team is achieving $900k in closed revenue per quarter.
He has also helped Mandy and Jamie Sheckles, who joined last year as a brokerage. Helping them establish systems to capitalize on lead generation, and put a sales leader in place to run day-to-day operations. They now consistently average 8-10 deals per month.

Meet Bo

Bo led top-tier phone sales teams in hybrid, in-house, and virtual models. He’s hired over 250 applicants, built business models, and driven billion-dollar business plans. As a former Division 1 walk-on turned scholarship athlete at Ohio University, Bo brings discipline and strategy to his work.
He’s helped students like Marissa and Jimmy Ogle go from 7-8 deals a month to 15-20 contracts consistently. Marissa is now COO, and Jimmy enjoys extended travel in Europe. Bo also assisted Isaac Stallworth in focusing on generating over $1 million in revenue per year with streamlined operations.

Meet Jordan

Jordan is a 4-star athlete who transitioned to taking retail stores from the bottom 30% to the top 1%. He’s a business builder and problem solver, identifying red flags and helping investors fix problems to grow their businesses.
He’s helped students like Duane Alexander open multiple marketing channels, allowing him to close 3-5 deals a week rather than a month. Other students like Malhar and Josiah joined the Small Group with only a few wholesale deals. Jordan helped them build their dispo department, increase their wholesale fees, and improve onboarding for their team.

Meet Alec

Alec was one of the top closers at Heels Homes, Tiff & Josh’s wholesaling/flipping company, for over a year. Passionate about building and helping other sales teams grow, he transitioned to coaching and has since guided students like Nicole Chapman.
Nicole came to us with no sales knowledge, but under Alec’s guidance, she became a top closer for her company and now leads her own sales team. Alec’s focus on developing strong sales skills has been instrumental in transforming students’ careers, helping them achieve consistent growth.

Meet Kelcee

Kelcee participated in the US Army Best Medic Competition in 2016, managing over 20 soldiers who provided 90% of hospital immunization services with a 90%+ satisfaction rating. He loves building teams and ensuring his students implement processes correctly.
He’s helped students like Chris Oesch revive deals that seemed dead by identifying gaps in their SOPs and building out their sales team. Kelcee also assisted Mitchell Newby, who had done just two real estate deals when he joined, in building his business from the ground up. They created a full acquisitions and dispositions team, enabling Mitchell to secure 50 contracts in a single quarter.

Meet Joseph

Joseph was awarded the Top 100 Fastest Sales Growth in North America out of 15,000 distributors. He specializes in building sales teams, communication, and leadership skills. Known as the “nerd you need,” Joseph excels at interpreting spreadsheets and teaching students how to implement data-driven strategies into their businesses.
He’s helped students like Michael Malone hit the ground running, securing five contracts, closing investment properties, adding 100+ leads into their system, and expanding into new markets within just five weeks of working together.

Meet Mike

Mike has over 20 years of experience in team building, sales leadership, and training in both new business development and turning around struggling companies to make them top performers. He believes that strong culture and goal alignment are key to achieving results.
He’s helped students like John Stone and Robert Lee hire new key players within just four months in our program. Mike also implemented scorecards and systems, enabling them to identify red flags and pivot their marketing strategies as needed, driving their success.

Meet Steve

Steve brings over 35 years of experience in real estate finance, construction, and sales leadership. He’s onboarded and trained over 1,000 sales associates, driving year-over-year growth. Steve’s students, like Ashley M., saw significant success, increasing revenue from $700k a year to $900k per quarter by mastering sales processes and systems.
With 11 years as a CFO, he specializes in simplifying complex strategies to empower business owners and teams to reach their goals.

Meet Dave

At 23, Dave co-founded a successful wholesaling company with his fiancée, Arvi. As a Results Driven student, Dave used the program’s processes and systems to boost revenue and create year-over-year consistency. He knows how to quickly implement these strategies to stabilize and grow businesses.
Dave’s strength lies in building predictable sales processes, enabling C players to outperform perceived A players. One of his students, Isaac Stallworth, transitioned from a “one-man show” to generating over $1 million annually by perfecting systems and hiring key personnel.

Meet Steven

Steven brings over 35 years of experience in real estate finance, construction, sales, and management, having trained and on boarded over 1,000 sales associates to achieve consistent growth.
As a CFO for 11 years, he coached business owners and high-net-worth individuals in team development and operations. His strength is simplifying complex systems, helping students like Richard Kuykendall and Dhancon Desroches achieve consistent revenue and hire key players to scale their businesses.

Meet Charles

With over 15 years of sales and negotiation experience, Charles has coached and trained hundreds of entrepreneurs across the U.S., helping them identify business gaps and implement systems to scale like true business owners. He’s also helped small business owners become bankable. As a real estate business owner for over a decade, Charles specializes in exit strategies like wholesaling, rehabbing, new construction, and land development. His strengths include business development, sales, and negotiation. He also teaches owners how to raise and leverage capital while mastering their mindset for success.

Our expert sales coaches offer personalized sales coaching sessions by giving feedback from your reviewing your sales calls with sellers and giving you (or your team) detailed sales call audits. They provide a report for each call on how to improve and even save current deals

Meet Caleb

Caleb, a former NCAA D1 player and coach, turned top-producing closer at Heels Homes, our flipping/wholesaling company, boasts an outstanding 80% success rate. He excels at stepping into the shoes of sellers and using psychology to craft deals.
As a Sales Pod Coach, Caleb has helped over 50 businesses scale their sales teams and taught them how to listen for the “breadcrumbs” that sellers leave, ensuring they don’t miss out on key negotiation points. His expertise has been vital in helping students close more deals and grow their businesses.

Meet Blake

As a former college athlete, Blake has been in leadership roles since the age of 18. He has built teams across five different districts, establishing processes, plans, hiring and recruiting procedures, core values, and performance standards.
Blake is one of our renowned Sales Pod Coaches, known for saving deals live for our students, guiding them on becoming better salespeople, and teaching their teams how to connect more effectively with sellers over the phone. His hands-on approach has consistently delivered results.

Brandon has over 15 years of experience in sales, coaching, and training, having earned leadership roles throughout his career. As a top-producing Acquisitions Manager for a large real estate investment company, he excelled in driving results.
Brandon’s strengths include mastering sales processes, techniques, and strategies, as well as training and managing sales teams to boost production and success.

Meet Amber

Amber, a retired nurse and former Operations Manager of a leading real estate lead generation company, went on to found her own consulting, recruiting, and virtual assistant management company. She’s taught sales mastery to hundreds of virtual assistants.
Amber’s strengths lie in leadership and motivation, driven by a belief in growth mindset and self-awareness. By actively listening and diving into a student’s strengths and weaknesses, she helps remove roadblocks and empower them to achieve success.

Meet Kevin

Kevin is a passionate real estate professional based in San Diego, CA, where he lives with his wife and daughter. With a background as a Real Estate Business Advisor, he has guided hundreds of individuals in launching their real estate careers, helping them achieve their aspirations in the industry.

Kevin began his own real estate journey in 2018, focusing primarily on wholesaling and flipping properties in Central Arkansas. His expertise lies in operations, KPIs, and systems. In 2020, Kevin joined the Results Driven team, drawn by the much needed approach Tiffany and Josh bring to the real estate education industry.

With a commitment to excellence and a dedication to his clients’ success, Kevin continues to make a significant impact on investors business’s each and every day.

Provides contractors and developers with project consulting and material curation that best reflects current market trends and strategies.

Shilanne strengths: Real Estate Agent in California! Helping businesses find their gaps, make adjustments and goals to drive their revenue. Market trends, forecasting and data planning. 

Continues to work with large developers on sourcing capital and the creative direction to best suit the current market trends and forecast for areas of growth.
